General

How do I get started?

Our packages are structured to make the process as easy as possible. We promote your agent page through your listings, with a combination of on-page and off page paid ads. We’ve been working in the background to set each agency up, which means to get started we just need access to your Facebook page. 

If you have a property you’re wanting to list simply choose the appropriate package, and we’ll send you a confirmation email with steps you need to take to grant us access. The whole process takes minutes.

Why do you need admin access to my facebook page, and not advertiser access?

In an effort to give agent pages validation and offer a reference point for vendors, it’s important to us that at least one ad is on your agent Facebook page wall. In order to post on your behalf, Facebook requires your account strategist to have admin access.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, we strive to be upfront about any and all costs. All of the costing information is outlined under each website and marketing package, and if you are interested in any additional work (i.e. help with imagery for the sites) we will always provide costs for approvals before we commence.

Can I update the website myself once it’s built?

Absolutely. We build in platforms that make it easy for you to edit on the fly. That being said if you ever need any major changes we are always happy to help.

How long does it take?

We aim to build your website efficiently as we know time is critical for realty professionals. This means our websites are built in approximately one to two weeks from the time we receive the information required. 

What do I need to do to get started?

Our website process is aimed at making the builds as seamless and painless as possible for our clients. We provide a form that you simply fill in with some basic information and we pick it up and run the project from there. 

What if I don’t have some of the basic imagery required?

We can help with that too. We are more than happy to help organise any of the content that you may not have to hand, and we have a copywriter who can help with any questions around copy.

Marketing

How do I know when someone's commented or enquired on one of my listing ads?

We’ll send through links to your ads for review as well as a live reporting interface where you can click through to your ads. On the top right of your ads there’s a drop-down menu with the option ‘turn on notifications for this post’, hit this and check your notifications at least once a day to stay on top of your inbox.

How is our targeting different?

As each individual branch has its own unique value propositions, and every location has its own market environment – there’s no set and forget strategy for every branch. We work with owners to establish custom targeting methods suited to each location. As such our formed targeting is dynamic and evolves as we learn with each branch.

Additional to custom targeting methods, we retarget. Every branch has their own remarketing pixels which capture website traffic data, which we utilise to retarget your ads to people who are in-market.

How do you track each campaign's performance?

We’ve created a bespoke vendor facing campaign performance dashboard specific to MyListing. Our reporting software shows how many days you have remaining on your promotion, engagement and views across both Social and Google platforms in real time, with a live feed to your agent on-page post.

Can I extend the campaign duration?

Yes, each MyListing package has an option to extend for an extra two weeks. You just need to visit your branch portal and select ‘budget add-on’ under packages and enter the address with details of your extension.

What happens if the property sells early?

If your property sells before the three week campaign is complete, we advise you let your account manager know as soon as possible. We will then use the remaining budget to create an on-page post on your agent page showcasing the sold property.
